Christ the Good Shepherd
We are in the final days leading to Holy Week. This weekend we will commemorate Jesus’s triumphant entry into Jerusalem on Palm Sunday. A week from today we will remember the passion, death, and the glorious resurrection of Christ on the Easter Sunday.
Jesus Christ "Pantocrator"
Today’s Gospel (John 10; 31-42) tells us that many people of Jesus’ day came to believe in him as the Messiah because they saw the signs he performed as fulfilment of the prophetic writings.
And who do we say Jesus is?
Christ the King
If we believe that Jesus Christ died and rose from the dead, on Easter Sunday, Christ is therefore, our Mighty Champion in whose great power and deliverance we should place our faith, no matter whatever we face in life.

Yes, we each will face our own Calvary, perhaps several of them, but we know with confidence that throughout any and all hardships, we can rely on our Risen Lord, just as the prophet Jeremiah relied God’s protection in times of great persecution (Jeremiah 20:10-13).
Peace be with you!
